All transcript requests are processed through the university’s Office of  Registration and Records located at the Water Tower Campus, Lewis Towers, Room 504.

Current students or students with LOCUS IDs

can make a request by using LOCUS.

Alumni and Former Students

Follow the subsequent steps:

• Go to the Registration and Records Home page: http://www.luc.edu/regrec/ 
• Under the Students column, click Transcripts
• Fill out the requested information, click submit
• Continue to follow the given instructions.
