Gretchen M. Kubasiak is an associate with Kubasiak, Fylstra, Thorpe & Rotunno, P.C., where she focuses on property issues including real estate transactions, construction litigation, and estate planning.

Prior to joining KFT&R, she worked for the construction companies Walsh Construction and AMEC Construction Management, Inc. (formerly Morse Diesel International) as well as the developer Stein & Company. Her work included project management of the construction projects as well as estimating and preconstruction analysis. Projects worked on include: Fordham Tower, a $98 million 50 story residential tower in Chicago; River East Center, a $207 million 15 story hotel and 56 story residential tower in Chicago; the $93 million Cook County Maximum Security Detention Center Division XI in Chicago; One North Wacker, a 4139 million 51 story office building in Chicago; Park Hyatt, a $200 million 67 story hotel and residential tower in Chicago; Desert Inn Hotel & Casino, a $75 million, renovation in Las Vegas; the $44 million University of Chicago Graduate School of Business in Chicago; the $175 million United Center in Chicago; the $263 million Oregon Arena in Portland; and the $225 million Spectrum II Arena in Philadelphia.
