About

Michael J. Kasper concentrates his litigation practice in trial and appellate litigation in the areas of Constitutional Law, Voting Rights, Elections, and issues related to the legislative process. In January 2007, Law & Politics, in conjunction with Chicago Magazine, named Mr. Kasper one of Illinois' "Super Lawyers," making him one of only four attorneys statewide given that designation in the field of political law. In August 2000, the Chicago Daily Law Bulletin and Chicago Lawyer magazine named Mr. Kasper one of the "40 Attorneys Under Age 40 to Watch" in the publications' inaugural profile of young attorneys.
