LLM Degree in Business Law

As a leader in legal education, Loyola's law school helps law students and practicing attorneys grow and succeed by offering training and education in contemporary business issues. In addition to our exceptional faculty, we invite legal thought leaders, jurists and business professionals to teach classes so our students can have opportunities to learn the practical, transactional aspects of the business world.

To receive the LLM degree in Business Law, students must complete 24 credit hours of study, achieve an overall grade point average of 2.5 (on a 4.0 scale) and submit a paper of publishable quality on an approved topic in business law.

In Fall 2015, Loyola will launch an online LLM degree in Business Law. The degree will allow students to focus their studies in compliance while also learning key transactional skills.
