Jeanna Palmer Gunville is an associate in the law firm of Drinker Biddle & Reath LLP. She focuses her practice on general health law matters, including counseling hospital, health system, industry and physician clients on a range of transactional and regulatory matters. She provides guidance regarding anti-kickback and self-referral laws and regulations, as well as licensing, compliance, health information privacy, and other state and federal regulatory matters. Ms. Gunville also handles a variety of general corporate matters, such as drafting and reviewing contracts and other transaction documents.

During law school, Ms. Gunville was editor-in-chief of the Annals of Health Law and a finalist in the American Bar Association National Appellate Advocacy Competition. She also served as a law clerk in the Consumer Protection Division of the Health Care Bureau of the Office of the Illinois Attorney General, and as a judicial extern for the Honorable Ronald A. Guzman of the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Illinois.
