About
An attorney with experience in both criminal and civil litigation, Mr. Murphy has represented clients in a wide variety of practice settings. From plaintiffs who have suffered serious and life altering injuries, to criminal defendants facing felony charges, he is proud to have worked for those who could not otherwise speak for themselves.
Currently Mr. Murphy enjoys practicing commercial litigation while also teaching at Loyola. He teaches two classes, Negotiations and Client Counseling, concentrating on interest-based concepts and technique, communication, establishing "wise" and sustainable agreements, and relationship-building.
