Jake Goldstein is an associate attorney with Hall Prangle & Schoonveld, LLC. At HPS, Jake concentrates his practice in the areas of medical malpractice, premises liability, employment litigation and commercial litigation. In addition to his trial practice, Jake is also a member of his firm’s Appellate Practice Group. In that role, he has handled over 40 appeals in the Illinois Court of Appeals, the Illinois Supreme Court, the Nevada Supreme Court, the Utah Court of Appeals, and the Utah Supreme Court. In addition, Jake has also argued before the Illinois Appellate Court. While in law school, Jake served as a judicial extern for both Justice David A. Erickson, Illinois Appellate Court, 1st District, and Judge Bruce W. Black, U.S. Bankruptcy Court, Northern District of Illinois. He also participated in the John J. Gibbons National Moot Court Competition and the Chicago Bar Association Moot Court Competition.
