Erin Felchner practiced in the commercial real estate group in Sidley Austin's Chicago office. She represented institutional investors, commercial banks, investment banks and funds in a variety of real estate financing transactions. She also represented corporations and non-profits in leasing and acquisitions and dispositions of vacant land, transportation facilities, office buildings and industrial properties. At Sidley Austin, Erin served as a mentor to summer associates and new attorneys. Erin is also committed to pro bono service. She has represented low-income home buyers in purchasing their first homes, educational institutions in real estate and other matters, and an international non-profit in leasing educational space.
