About
Anshuman is a career prosecutor with the Illinois Attorney General’s Office in Chicago, Illinois, assigned to the Criminal Justice, Special Prosecutions Bureau. Anshuman is responsible for all stages of white-collar prosecutions, from grand jury hearings through trial and sentencing. Prior to this he was assigned to the Consumer Fraud Bureau, where he brought civil enforcement actions seeking injunction and civil penalties against businesses and individuals that engaged in unfair or deceptive trade practices.
Anshuman also serves as a lecturer for a “School of American Law” program, teaching criminal law and procedure to graduate students in Kharkiv, Ukraine and Wroclaw, Poland.
