Outside Speaker Policy
For any outside speakers you bring to campus, a Speaker Clearance Form must be submitted. Outside speakers include anyone who is not a current student, faculty member, or staff member of Loyola. If a speaker is invited on more than one occasion, a new Clearance Form submission is required for each appearance.
The University Speaker Policy should be reviewed prior to your decision to invite a guest to speak.
Forms should be submitted to Giselle Santibanez-Bania no fewer than 10 days prior to your event. For public figures or high-profile speakers, as well as anyone running for public office, additional notice and pre-approval is required, so please plan accordingly.
