Chicago Area 4 or More List

The Chicago Area Four or More List is a list of all Chicago area law firms that have four or more attorneys. This list is updated annually by the law schools of the Chicago Area Law School Consortium. The document is available in PDF format or in Excel format, if you wish to mail merge the information. These documents are password protected. Please contact the Office of Career Services at law-career@luc.edu or (312) 915-7160 if you would like to obtain the username and password.

Please note: Askounis & Darcy, PC prefers that students only submit resumes through their website, and Baker & McKenzie prefers that students only submit resumes via email.

Please note that while we do update this list periodically as firms merge or change addresses, it is always a good idea to check the firm's website before sending your materials.

To sort the 4 or More List by Firm Size: Column O lists the number of attorneys at the firm. To sort by the number of attorneys, go to the Data menu at the top left of the page (if you do not see the Data menu, you may be in the web version of the 4 or More List - return to the website and rather than opening the list, save it - when you open the saved version, you should see the Data menu). Select Sort from the Data menu and scroll down the options to select Attorneys in the "Sort by" field.
To search the 4 or More List by Practice Area: Column P lists the practice areas reported by the firms. To search the practice areas, do a Find (Control-F) and enter the desired practice area in the find field.
