Loyola's Fifth Annual Summer Institute on Aging is a four-day, interdisciplinary course co-sponsored by the School of Law and School of Social Work.

This highly interactive course will explore the psychosocial, ethical, policy, and legal issues related to domestic violence and elder abuse, taking into account racial, gender, ethnic, and income differences among the elderly.

Marcia Spira PhD, LCSW, associate professor and director of the Institute for Intergeneratioal Study and Practice, School of Social Work

Teresa Kilbane, PhD, associate professor

Marguerite Angelari, JD, Goedert Elder Law professor and director of the Elder Law Initiative

 

Tuition: $200 before July 1, scholarship available (Continuing education credits available).
