Topic: "Child Protection v. Child Well-Being: The Limits of the Child Protection System"

 

Michael Wald is one of the nation's leading authorities on child welfare law and policy. He served as deputy general counsel for the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services during the Clinton Administration and as executive director of the San Francisco Department of Human Services.
