An interdisciplinary program for social workers, psychologists, lawyers, educators, child development specialists and child advocates. Dr. Testa will discuss the findings of the 2006 published report by the Children and Family Research Center, Conditions of Children in Foster Care in Illinois: An Assessment of their Safety, Stability, Continuity, Permanence, and Well-Being.
