Master of Laws (LL.M.) in Business and Corporate Governance Law for U.S. lawyers
Admission to the LL.M. program in business and corporate governance law is competitive and is open to attorneys who have received their J.D. degrees from a law school accredited by the American Bar Association. For an application, click here.
Master of Laws (LL.M.) in Business and Corporate Governance Law for International Students
International applicants are those who have received their law degrees from schools outside the United States. Foreign students are encouraged to apply. Applicants must have a minimum score of 650 on the Test of English as a Foreign Language (TOEFL). The score must be no more than two years old. As international applicants, the following materials are needed to complete the LL.M. application:
- LL.M. application form
- LL.M. application fee
- Letters of recommendation
- Law school transcript evaluation
The results of a course-by-course evaluation of your transcripts either by Educational Credential Evaluators (ECE) www.ece.org or World Education services (WES) www.wes.org. In order to apply for admission to the LL.M. in Business Law, you must possess the equivalent of a J.D. degree in the United States. - Test of English as a Foreign Language Exam (TOEFL)
The results of the TOEFL (Test of English as a Foreign Language) exam if English is not the primary language of your native country. The web address is www.toefl.org.
NOTE: Financial assistance is not available for international students. You will need to provide proof of financial ability to pay in excess of $44,000 U.S. Currency to enroll for one year.
