Master of Laws (LL.M.) in Business and Corporate Governance Law for U.S. lawyers
Admission to the LL.M. program in business and corporate governance law is competitive and is open to attorneys who have received their J.D. degrees from a law school accredited by the American Bar Association. For an application, click here.

Master of Laws (LL.M.) in Business and Corporate Governance Law for International Students
International applicants are those who have received their law degrees from schools outside the United States. Foreign students are encouraged to apply. Applicants must have a minimum score of 650 on the Test of English as a Foreign Language (TOEFL). The score must be no more than two years old. As international applicants, the following materials are needed to complete the LL.M. application:

NOTE: Financial assistance is not available for international students. You will need to provide proof of financial ability to pay in excess of $44,000 U.S. Currency to enroll for one year.
