The Loyola University Retreat and Ecology Campus (LUREC) is a "wilderness classroom" that serves as a complement to Loyola's urban campus setting, providing a unique field education opportunity for students studying the environment. On 98 acres of natural wetland, woodland, prairie and savanna habitat that includes an organic farm, students study nature in nature, living and learning with our faculty.  LUREC is located in Woodstock, Illinois: 2710 South Country Club Road, Woodstock, IL 60098.
