(Changing Your Password)

PAM is Loyola's Personal Account Manager website. It enables you reset a forgotten password any time of day, provided you have set up your PAM questions.

Using PAM to reset the temporary password the ITS Support Center provided or resetting your password when you know your old password
You will need to know the temporary password that the ITS Help Desk gave you (or your current password if you are resetting your password). After you reset your password, we recommend that you set up your questions in PAM, so that if you forget your password again, you will be able to reset it without calling the ITS Help Desk.

You will be asked to provide your personal identifiers and to choose a new network password.
