Information Technology Services (ITS)

SELF SERVICE

ITS Self Service is a web-based application which provides Loyola University Chicago students, faculty, and staff the ability to independently submit Call Tickets without directly contacting the Technology Support Center or ResNet via telephone. The Self-Service application is available 24 hours per day, 7 days per week for your convenience.

You may submit a Call Ticket request via the web using ITS Self Service. For instructions on how to use ITS Self Service, click here.

Password Problems?
If you have a password problem, go to http://www.luc.edu/its/pam.shtml. If your request is urgent, contact the Support Center directly at extension 4-4444 (off-campus: 773-508-7190).

The  mailbox is monitored on a hourly basis from 8:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m., Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.  But, if your request is urgent, contact the the ITS Support Center directly at extension 4-4444 (off-campus: 773-508-7190).
