The ITS Support Center (Help Desk)
The Technology Support Center provides the Loyola community with a single point of access for computer support. We are committed to providing both professional and timely service in logging customer service requests. Additionaly, we strive to resolve requests initially or refer them to the correct support areas within the Information Technology Services division. We continuously improve our services by educating our staff, measuring performance, and monitoring customer satisfaction.
Requesting Service from the Support Center
To contact the Support Center by phone, call extension 4-4444 from on-campus or 773-508-7190 from off-campus. Support Center office hours are 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., Monday through Friday.
You may submit a Call Ticket request via the web using ITS Self Service. For instructions on how to use ITS Self Service, click here.
To submit your request via e-mail, send your request to helpdesk@luc.edu.
