About Skype for Business: Sharing a PowerPoint Presentation
Formally known as Lync 2013
Skype for Business lets you share PowerPoint presentations during a meeting or an instant message (IM) conversation:
1. In the meeting window or IM conversation, pause on the presentation (monitor) icon.
2. From the Present tab, click the PowerPoint icon.
3. Navigate to where the presentation is saved and select it to open.
4. When finished, click the Stop Presenting button.
Skype for Business offers several additional meeting controls that you can use while sharing a PowerPoint presentation. These include annotation tools and presenter notes, along with the ability to switch presenters.
