ITRS Drop-in

Faculty Support

ITRS provides individual and small group consultations on teaching with technology regularly in Klarchek Information Commons 204, Corboy Law Center 732, and online at https://connect.luc.edu/itrs-dropin. ITRS staff have expertise in a wide variety of areas including Sakai, Adobe Connect, Panopto, i>clicker, SMART Board, classroom technology, and research computing. The level of competency in areas may vary by staff member. Physical and virtual walk-ins are always welcome. For complex issues that may require additional time, we highly recommend scheduling an appointment at least 24 hours in advance. This provides ITRS staff time to research and prepare answers to your technical questions. To request an appointment, please send an email to itrs@luc.edu. Be sure to include your name, discipline, date/time preference, and list of questions.

Drop-in Locations

Digital Media Resources
Both drop-in locations are equipped with recording equipment and software for creating digital media content and narrated PowerPoint presentations (Articulate, Camtasia, Captivate). To reserve a space for recording, please send an email to itrs@luc.edu.
