The best way to request assistance from ITRS is to contact the Help Desk at ext. 8.4ITS or email@example.com. A ticket will be immediately opened for you and an ITRS staff member will contact you directly. Special requests for classroom support, video conferencing, or use of the ITS Training Space should be submitted at least 72 hours in advance.
Please note that ITRS does not reserve rooms. You must make a request through Campus Reservations. Be sure to indicate your technology needs when completing the reservation form. Equipment and support for School of Law classrooms and events are arranged through Law School Computing Services.
