MA in Contemporary Spirituality at Cuneo Mansion
In the Fall 2013, Loyola's Institute of Pastoral Studies began offering a Master of Arts in Contemporary Spirituality at Cuneo Mansion & Gardens. The program provides the requisite spiritual, theological, biblical, and psychological resources for general Christian ministry. Courses offered in this program may also apply to other degree plans.

Arrangement for the Integration Project in the final year of study in the Contemporary Spirituality M.A. degree will be made with the Director of the Master of Arts in Spirituality degree. The project is typically a 25-30 page paper. There are optional designs for this Final Integrative Project fitting with the curriculum requirements of the degree.
Courses are held Monday and Tuesday evenings during the fall and spring semesters over a period of three years. While the entire program can be completed at Loyola at the Cuneo Mansion and Gardens, students have the choice of taking courses at The Water Tower Campus or online, as well. Other courses, including some electives, may be taken over the summer in Rome program.
Advanced Standing and Transfer Credit Options
The required Core and Elective courses for Contemporary Spirituality can be transferred to the Spiritual Direction Program in the event that a person discovers a call to the ministry of spiritual direction. Finally, all of the Core and Elective courses can be applied to the 72 credit hour Master of Divinity (M.Div.) program at the Institute of Pastoral Studies.
