NACC/APC Chaplaincy Certification Process

Cerification attests to both professional competence in health care ministry and endorsement for ministry by a sponsoring church or ministry group.  This workshops deals with the NACC and APC accreditation process.  The certification coordinators from APC and NACC and Dan Lunney from IPS will work with you on the requirements for certification and how your degree program at IPS prepares you for this process.

The leadership team for this process is:

  • Suzanne Chawszczewki, NACC Certification and Education Coordinator, Milwaukee, WI
  • Anna Lee Hisey Pierson, APC Certification Coordinator, Region 5, Illinois and Wisconsin
  • Daniel Lunney, Institute of Pastoral Studies, Certified Chaplain (NACC) at Advocate Illinois Masonic Medical Center

The IPS Water Tower Campus is conveniently located to many hotels.  Please contact www.hotel.com or another discount hotel finder if you need assistance in securing overnight accommodations.
