Arrival and Move-in

Travel to Rome

As Rome Start students come from all over the world, it is not possible to organize a group flight to campus. Rome Start students are asked to book their own travel arrangements to Rome.

Many students chose to arrive in Rome prior to the official move in day. Please note that it is not possible for students to arrive early or drop off luggage prior to move-in day. Should you plan to arrive in Rome early, you will need to arrange other accommodations. Check out this list of recommended guest accommodations near campus.

Students are asked to make their own arrangements to travel to campus on move-in day. Once students have submitted their “Arrival Information and Emergency Contact” form, we will review the information. Should we notice that you will be arriving at the same time as other students, we will reach out to you so that you may coordinate travel to the campus together.

Move-in Day

The last Sunday in August is usually the move-in day for Rome Start students. Parents and family members are welcome to accompany their student to campus on move-in day.
