Free Bio-metric Screening to Employees Enrolled in Loyola Advantage BCBS PPO Plan
***In case you were not able to attend the biometric screening in November, we have scheduled a make-up day at Lakeshore and Water Tower Campuses.***
Lakeshore: February, Tuesday 26th at Regis Hall, MPR (rooms 132-133) from 7:30 am to 12:00 pm
Water Tower: February, Thursday 28th at Lewis Towers, Regents Hall (16th floor) 7:30 am to 11:30 am
Basic Biometric Screening includes: Health behavior questions, blood pressure, blood lipids (total cholesterol, HDL cholesterol), glucose, height, weight, body mass index (BMI), waist circumference and health coaching
Expanded Biometric Screening includes: everything in the basic screening plus LDL cholesterol and triglycerides.
It is recommended that you not eat for 8 hours prior to your biometric screening.
To schedule your free Bio-metric Screening, a web online scheduler is provided by Health Solutions at screeningreg.com.
