Catholic Jesuit Heritage and Mission Seminar
New employees are scheduled to attend a half-day seminar focused on Loyola's Catholic Jesuit heritage and mission. This is an important part of your orientation to the university. More detailed information regarding this seminar will be sent to you by the director of the Center for Faith and Mission.

Probationary Period: 90 Day
As with any new position within the university, the first 90 days are considered a review period. During this period you have an opportunity to assess your new responsibilities and relationships, and your new supervisor will review and assess your performance. Should you have questions or need assistance, please contact your Human Resources' office.
