Toastmasters at Loyola
Human Resources is excited to announce that Toastmasters recently launched a new chapter at Loyola! The chapter is open to all Loyola faculty, staff, and students. If you are interested in improving your public speaking, communication, and/or leadership skills in a supportive, safe, and fun environment, please consider taking advantage of this new professional development opportunity on campus.
- Loyola's Alumni Relations department has arranged a $10 subsidy of the membership fee for Loyola alumni.
- The regular Toastmaster's fee is $45 for 6 months with a one-time initiation fee of $20 for materials.
- If your department has professional development funds available, please talk to your supervisor to learn how you might be able to utilize the funds towards your Toastmasters membership.
Meetings will take place once a week alternating between Wednesdays and Thursdays at the Water Tower Campus from 6PM - 8PM beginning Thursday, March 30, 2017.
