INDONESIA SECONDARY EDUCATION DEVELOPMENT PROGRAM (ISEDP)
This program is a unique collaboration between Sanata Dharma University (Yogikarta, Indonesia) and Loyola University Chicago. The ISEDP approach is to prepare Indonesian Catholic educators in the area of instructional leadership. In turn, the program participants prepare professional development materials and deliver them to other Indonesian Catholic educators in Indonesia. Using a combination of direct professional development sessions and on-site coaching, the ISEDP participants work in supporting local school improvement efforts. The Andrew M. Greeley Center for Catholic Education has played an important role in the development and delivery of this program.
