Elaine Schuster, president and CEO of the Golden Apple Foundation, spoke on "The Call to Leadership" as part of the Institute of Women and Leadership's 2005 Fall Leadership Luncheon Series. Other series speakers included Janet Holmgren, president of Mills College, and Heidi Schlump, managing editor of U.S. Catholic.
The Institute of Women and Leadership is the programming arm of the Gannon Center, responsible for coordinating Loyola's annual women's conference and for initiating creative programming which supports, strengthens and enhances women's leadership.
