Orientation Leaders

Apply to be an Orientation Leader, one of the best jobs on campus!

Orientation Leaders serve as the student ambassador for Loyola’s orientation program. They are representatives of Loyola University Chicago and the Office of First-Year Experience. They are instrumental in assisting first year and transfer students during this important time of transition to life at Loyola University Chicago. It is a paid position that provides a free class, housing, and important leadership opportunities.

Every applicant is required to attend a one hour information session on one of the following dates:

  1. Thursday, November 21st, 6pm Galvin Auditorium
  2. Monday, November 25th, 6pm Galvin Auditorium 
  3. Tuesday, January 21st, 7pm Life Science Building, Room 142
  4. Thursday, January 23rd, 7pm Life Science Building, Room 142
  5. Monday, January 27th, 7pm Life Science Building, Room 142

Students studying abroad that are unable to attend an Orientation Leader Information session should contact Orientation@luc.edu.  

Other important dates include:

  1. Application Deadline: February 3rd
  2. Round 1 Interview Dates: February 7th and 8th
  3. Round 2 Interview Dates: February 14th and 15th
  4. Job Offers Extended: February 20th
