Loyola ID Pick-Up (FALL 2011)
Please see instructions below for ID pick-up based on your individual circumstances.
Freshmen Students:
Transfer Students (who attended Discover Loyola Orientation before August 2, 2011):Residential (Living On Campus) -- You will receive your Loyola ID as part of the check-in process with Residence Life. Please follow the directions you received in your Move-In Manual.
Learning Communities & Honors Program (Living On Campus) -- Please follow the directions you received in your Move-In Manual to check in to your Residence Hall. After Check-In, you will be directed to the Campus Card office to take your ID photo and receive your Loyola ID.
Non-Residential (Commuting) -- Please pick up your Loyola ID at the Freshmen Commuter Meeting on Friday, August 26th at 1:30 PM in Bremner Lounge (1st Floor of Centenniel Forum Student Union).
Residential (Living On Campus) -- You will receive your Loyola ID as part of the check-in process with Residence Life. Please follow the directions you received in your Move-In Manual.
Non-Residential (Commuting or Living Off Campus) --You can pick up your Loyola ID when you attend U-Pass distribution. Please refer to this information about U-Pass distribution.
Transfer Students (who attend Discover Loyola Orientation after August 2, 2011):
All -- You will receive your Loyola ID when you Check Out at the end of your Discover Loyola day.
