JEBNET

MBA Multilateral Transfer Agreement

To assist students who relocate to other cities before graduation, the Graduate School of Business (GSB) at Loyola University Chicago participates in the MBA Multilateral Transfer Agreement through the Jesuit Education in Business Network (JEBNET). Under this agreement, GSB students may take courses at participating institutions to complete their degree.

JEBNET Students may be determined eligible for the same types of federal and private loans that were received during attendance at Loyola.  The process for Loyola students to receive aid through Loyola's Financial Aid Office is:

  • Complete the Free Application for Federal Student Aid.

  • Submit a copy of the JEBNET agreement granting permission to enroll at another school.   This must be signed by a Loyola academic advisor.

  •  Submit a copy of the upcoming term’s registration (course schedule).

The JEBNET agreement and course schedule must be submitted each semester in order to be considered for aid.  Financial aid awards are processed on a term-by-term basis, as the course registrations are approved.

Documents must be submitted by October 15th for fall term aid and March 15th for spring term aid.

The JEBNET agreement and course schedule may be faxed to (773) 508-3397 or submitted electronically to finaidforms@luc.edu.  Make sure you name and Loyola ID number are on each page submitted.

Information on your eligibility will be sent to your Loyola email and updated in Locus.
