FIG Eligible Fellowships and Scholarships:
This award provides financial support to graduating seniors in virtually all fields for one year of research or teaching in a foreign country. In addition, English Teaching Assistantships (ETA) are also available for teaching English overseas.
This two-year scholarship is for graduate study at selected universities in Great Britain and is open only to United States citizens.
National Science Foundation (NSF) fellowships are awarded for graduate study in the mathematical, physical, biological, behavioral and social sciences; engineering; the history of science and the philosophy of science; and for research-based Ph.D. degrees in science education.
This award provides tuition and a stipend for study at Oxford University based on academic performance and leadership, often demonstrated in athletics.
National Security Education Program (NSEP) undergraduate Boren scholarship supports students to study abroad in countries deemed critical to U.S. national security and which are currently underrepresented in study abroad. All fellowships include formal study of a modern language other than English.
The purpose of this award is to alleviate a shortage of highly qualified scientists, mathematicians and engineers. Sophomores and juniors are eligible to apply for their junior and senior years.
This award provides tuition and a stipend for periods of undergraduate and graduate study, including law school for applicants who demonstrate a commitment to public service, past and future.
The Gilman offers awards for U.S. undergraduate students who are receiving federal Pell Grant funding to participate in study abroad programs worldwide
