Costs
Average full-time Tuition and Housing Costs for one 15-week semester (Fall or Spring) are $12,985.
F-1 Visa Holders are required to attend full time, and consequently pay for 18 credits during Fall or Spring semester. American citizens and green card holders may choose how many classes they take, and will pay accordingly. Housing and food costs will vary according the choice made by the student.

Loyola’s ELLP students can choose from a variety of housing options. The following are the most common:
1. Living On Campus

2. Homestay

3. Living Off Campus

Student Health Insurance
$1,740.00 for the Fall 2011/Spring 2012 year (students with their own health insurence may waive out of Loyola's)
NOTE: Students registered for 12 hours or more are automatically enrolled in Loyola's health insurance, but may opt out of it if they have proof of their own insurance. If students are at 11 hours or less, they may choose Loyola's health insurance, but are NOT required. Tuition and Fees
Full-time tuition (18 credits) for one semester of either the Fall or Spring is $5965 per semester.
This cost includes 3 six hour courses, university fees which include access to all university facilities and services, and a CTA UPASS for unlimited use of Chicago public transportation throughout the semester. Housing and health insurance are separate. An explanation of the fees is as follows:

Withdrawal Schedule
When a student drops classes or completely withdraws from the university, his/her tuition and fee charges are based on the withdrawal dates determined by the Office of Registration and Records.
