Audit Instructions

Initially, the student needs to be enrolled in the course through LOCUS, as usual.

Once that is done, the student will need to go to the registration and records website, and fill out this document: http://www.luc.edu/media/lucedu/registrationrecords/pdfs/GRAD_Course_Audit_Request.pdf

Once the student has sent the completed form to the Dean of the Graduate School for approval, the Graduate School will send it along to Registration and Records to be processed.  Registration and Records will flag the student's enrollment status in the course as an audit.
