Undocumented Students & Illinois DREAM Act

The Illinois DREAM Act was signed by Governor Pat Quinn on August 1, 2011. The Illinois DREAM Act is designed to make scholarships, college savings, and prepaid tuition programs available to undocumented students who have graduated from Illinois high schools.
