Safe Space Training
The Safe Space Ally training is an introductory workshop that works to assist individuals who wish to become identified allies for the Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, Transgender, Queer/Questioning, Intersex (LGBTQI) community at Loyola University Chicago.
Safe Space Training covers the following:
· Definitions, terms, and symbols
· LGBTQI identity development
· Skills to interrupt heterosexist behaviors and attitudes
· Resources for the LGBTQI and ally communities

Friday, October 4th, 3:00 - 6:00 P.M. (McCormick Lounge)
Wednesday, September 11th, 9:00 A.M. - 12:00 P.M. (McCormick Lounge)
Combined Session (Faculty/Staff and Students)
Thursday, October 24th, 12:00 - 3:00 P.M. (McCormick Lounge)
