The Department of Fine and Performing Arts maintains a stock of basic office supplies such as dry erase markers, pens, paper clips, staples, note pads, etc. used on a day-to day basis by faculty and staff. You can locate these supplies in the DFPA main office, Mundelein Center Suite 1200.
To ensure a current stock, faculty or staff should request general office supplies by filling out this form. Orders can take up to several business days to be delivered, which should be taken into consideration when planning for classes and exams. When possible, orders should be made at least one week in advance of when the supplies are needed. Approval for specialized items or purchases exceeding $200 must be obtained from Managing Director, April Browning (firstname.lastname@example.org), prior to placing an order.
All office supplies are for academic use only and should not be removed for non-academic use.
