The following amenities come standard in all of our rooms on the Lake Shore Campus. Guests staying longer than a week will get a weekly cleaning service which includes a linen exchange and vacuuming.

Apartment-style units have fully-equipped kitchens with microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher, oven, and stove. A living and dining area is also included.

Special requests for your room may also be made (ie: allergic to cleaning products, board for the bed); however, we need 72 business hours advance notice. There are plenty of ADA rooms available but please give advance notice of how many and any special accommodations we may need to provide for the guest.

Quick Facts
Regis Hall can house up to 414 people in double and single-rooms with private bathrooms. All rooms provide wireless access for each guest and are fully furnished with a bed, dresser, desk and chair. Laundry facilities, lounges and study areas are located on each floor. The controlled-access ground floor includes a seminar room, multipurpose room, and several small conference rooms.

The Simpson Living-Learning Center is a five-story suite-style residence hall housing 409 men and women in double and single-occupancy rooms. This building features study and TV lounges with kitchenettes and laundry facilities on each floor. The ground floor features one of Loyola's dining facilities; and a large multipurpose room that provides a space for classes, seminars, meetings, concerts, and other programs.
Room lay-out: Two twin size beds, two desks, two dressers, two closets, at least two windows.

Mertz Hall is an eighteen-story dorm-style residence located just near the Loyola Red Line "L" Stop with housing for 600 guests. This building features two study lounges on each floor. Connected to the building is one of Loyola's dining facilities.

Bathrooms: Community style bathrooms.

Santa Clara Hall is a nine-story apartment-style residence located on the shores of Lake Michigan. This building provides housing to 184 guests. Santa Clara re-opened in Fall 2008 as a newly renovated residence with two-bedroom, two-bathroom apartments. Each apartment features a full kitchen, cable TV, and wireless Internet access. The hall features a lounge area, multipurpose room, and laundry facility on the first floor.
Apartment lay-out: Each apartment has two bedrooms, kitchen, and living room area.
Kitchen: Kitchen has microwave, refrigerator, stove, dishwasher, several cabinets.
Living room: Living room has a couch and two small tables.
Room lay-out: Two twin size beds, two desks, two dressers, two closets, two bookshelves and at least two windows
Bathrooms: Bathroom attached to each bedroom.
