Located in Rogers Park, along the shores of Lake Michigan, Loyola's Lake Shore Campus is the ideal location for any upcoming meeting, conference, training, or special event. The campus offers a multitude of unique venues including electronic classrooms, tiered auditoriums, multi-purpose rooms, and ballrooms to accommodate your event needs. We are a full-service event management department offering an array of services including venue rental, audio/visual, housing, and exclusive on-premise catering to meet all of your event needs.

Buildings
	Coffey Hall - McCormick Lounge	See Available Rooms
	This newly renovated multi-purpose room boasts sparkling lake views and brand new amenities including carpeting, furniture, and décor. Fully electronic with a built in sound system, McCormick Lounge is one of Loyola’s most sought after new venues.
	Crown Center	See Available Rooms
	Crown Center is located on the beautiful shores of Lake Michigan. It features an auditorium with a beautiful view of the lake. Additionally many electronic classrooms and conference rooms are available for break out sessions. For special events, a lakeside patio and spacious lobby are available.
	Centennial Forum Student Union	See Available Rooms
	The gateway to our campus, Centennial Forum Student Union (CFSU) is a convenient and affordable venue option. Easy access to public transit and open floor plans make CFSU a versatile spot. Additionally, it houses several dining options and services.
	Donovan Reading Room	See Available Rooms
	Located in the Cudahy Library adjacent to the Information Commons, this elegant venue features stained glass windows, art deco finishes, unique murals, lighted bookcases, and sky high ceilings. Coupled with views of Lake Michigan and an entrance to the campus quad, the Donovan Reading Room is one of Loyola's hidden gems.
	Flanner Hall - Auditorium	See Available Rooms
	One of Loyola’s traditional auditoriums, Flanner Hall is mostly utilized for lectures and trainings. The venue features tiered seating and tablet desks with a built in projection screen. Adjacent to the auditorium is an open lobby that is great for receptions.
	Mundelein Center	See Available Rooms
	This building was formally Mundelein College. It is over 80 years old and is sometimes referred to as the ‘skyscraper building’. In 1980 it was added to the National Register of Historical places. Stained-glass windows as well as Art Deco chandeliers and finishes adorn the interior of the Mundelein Auditorium. This fully restored venue also boasts a courtyard complete with a garden and fountain for cocktail receptions. Additionally there are fully electronic modern classrooms for breakout sessions.
	Piper Hall	See Available Rooms
	Nestled on the shores of Lake Michigan, the Piper Hall Mansion represents the finery of Early American architecture. Previously a part of Mundelein College it possesses wonderful historical value. Beautiful lake front gardens, Tiffany windows and fixtures, and a completely restored interior make this an ideal location.
	Quinlan Life Science Building	See Available Rooms
	Quinlan Life Science Building is one of the newest buildings on campus. This state-of-the-art facility houses electronic meeting rooms and classrooms, as well as an auditorium. A striking atrium area showcases the beauty of this modern facility with beautiful views of the heart of campus.
	Regis Hall	See Available Rooms
	Regis Hall conveniently houses a divisible multi-purpose room, boardroom, electronic lounge spaces. It also serves as a high-end traditional resident housing. Additionally it is located close to convenient parking and public transportation.
	Simpson Living Learning Center	See Available Rooms
	Vaulted ceilings, floor to ceiling windows and a decorative fireplace make Simpson Multi-Purpose Room a bright and festive meeting or special event location. Attached is student housing and a dining facility. This building is located in the middle of Campus. Therefore, easy access to parking, dining facilities, overnight housing and public transportation add to this space’s appeal.
	Sullivan Center - Galvin Auditorium	See Available Rooms
	One of the newest auditoriums on the Lake Shore Campus, Galvin auditorium is modern in design and layout. Located in the Sullivan Center for Student Services, the venue offers tiered seating, a built in sound system with projection screen and computer station. Outside of the auditorium, lounge in the Galvin lobby area or host your post reception party.
