Conference Services has available housing at Lake Shore (Rogers Park) and Water Tower (Gold Coast) Campuses from June 1–August 1. We have a variety of room types available in our residence halls including apartment style suites (2 bedrooms, 2 baths, shared kitchen and living room), rooms with private baths, and rooms with shared hallway baths. All rooms at the Lake Shore Campus have two twin beds and are available for single or double occupancy.

Lake Shore Campus
|||Regis Hall has 416 beds in a combination of both double and single-rooms with private bathrooms. Laundry facilities, lounges and study areas are located on each floor. The controlled-access ground floor includes a seminar room, multipurpose room, and several small conference rooms.
|||Mertz Hall is an eighteen-story dorm-style residence located just near the Loyola Red Line "L" Stop with beds for 600 guests. This building features two study lounges on each floor. Connected to the building is one of Loyola's dining facilities.
|Santa Clara Hall|
|Santa Clara Hall is a nine-story apartment-style residence located on the shores of Lake Michigan. This building re-opened in Fall 2008 as a newly renovated, 200 bed residence hall with two-bedroom, two-bathroom apartments. Each apartment features a full kitchen, cable TV, and wireless Internet access.
|The Simpson Living-Learning Center is a five-story suite-style residence hall with approximately 400 beds in a combination of double and single-occupancy rooms. This building features study and TV lounges with kitchenettes and laundry facilities on each floor. The ground floor features one of Loyola's dining facilities and a large multipurpose room.
|de Nobili Hall|
|||de Nobili Hall is a five-story building with approximately 200 beds. Located just east of Simpson on Sheridan Road, de Nobili also features a 350-seat dining hall. de Nobili construction was finished in Fall 2013, and is one of Loyola's newest residence halls.
|San Francisco Hall|
San Francisco Hall is an integral part of the Center for Sustainable Urban Living. The residence hall has approximately 400 beds, with a cafe, greenhouse and clean energy laboratory, along with other eco-friendly features. San Francisco construction was finished in Fall 2013, and is one of Loyola's newest residence halls.
The facility also serves as home to the new Institute of Environmental Sustainability.
Water Tower Campus
|Baumhart Hall is a high-rise deluxe apartment-style residence hall with approximately 500 beds in the heart of downtown Chicago. Available for both short and long term-stays, Baumhart Hall is ideal for visiting students, conferences, work relocations, and guests visiting Chicago.
The following amenities come standard in all of our rooms. Guests staying longer than a week will get a weekly cleaning service which includes a linen exchange and vacuuming.

- Two dressers
- Two desks with chairs
- Facial towel
- Bar of soap
- Basic cable access (TV not included)
Apartment-style units have fully-equipped kitchens with microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher, oven, and stove. A living and dining area is also included.

Special requests for your room may also be made (ie: allergic to cleaning products, board for the bed); however, we need 72 business hours advance notice. There are plenty of ADA rooms available but please give advance notice of how many and any special accommodations we may need to provide for the guest.
