Not My Life and The Harvest/La Cosecha

Fall Film Series

‌The CHRC is happy to announce our Fall Film Series, co-sponsored by the Provost Office for Social Justice and in collaboration with the Latin American Student Organization and LUC's Free the Slaves student chapter. Not My Life and The Harvest/La Cosecha address  modern day violations of children's rights, including international child trafficking and child labor in the US. The films will be screened at the Damen Student Center Cinema on Loyola University Chicago's Lake Shore campus on Thursday, September 26th (Not My Life) and Thursday October 10th (The Harvest/La Cosecha), both at 5:00pm. Each screening is free and open to the public. Following each film, a discussion on the issues of globalization and children's rights will be led by a faculty member.
