• Registrant requests for a refund must be submitted in writing to CDE2014@luc.edu.
• Cancellation requests received before March 31, 2014, are entitled to a full refund minus a $50 processing fee.
• Cancellation requests received between April 1st and May 16th, 2014 are entitled to a 50% refund minus a $50 processing fee.
• No refunds will be granted for cancellations made after May 16th, 2014.

Note that on-campus housing accommodations are done through a separate process which can be found on the Plan your Trip page and also in the confirmation registration email.
