- Participants are welcome to bring their own yoga mats, but we do have yoga mats available for use.
- Please do not enter the Group Fitness Studio while a class is in session.

Located on the third floor of the Terry Student Center, the WTC Fitness Studio featuring the latest cardio equipment (including 4 bikes, 4 ellipticals and 4 treadmills, each with interactive workout screens), group fitness classes, as well as locker room and shower facilities.
The space is free for Baumhart Hall residents and Halas Recreation Center members. Fee-based memberships are available for Loyola faculty and staff on the Water Tower Campus, as well as graduate students. All Group Fitness classes are free to members.
A photo ID is required in order to enter the space.
|Body Tone Express: A 45 minute choreographed total body strength workout that concentrates on overloading all of the major muscle groups using weights, bands, bars, and exercise balls.|
|Yoga: This yoga class focuses on building strength, relaxation, and deep stretching as participants flow from one pose to the next for a complete yoga practice.|
|Pilates: Pioneered by the late Joseph Pilates, this exercise method focuses on the postural muscles of the abdomen and lower back, while providing a total body workout.|
|Zumba: Zumba fuses hypnotic Latin rhythms and easy to follow moves to create a dynamic fitness program that will blow you away. Ditch the workout, join the party!|
