All classes free to WTC Fitness Studio members.

Classes are on a first come basis. 
Yoga mats are provided.  Participants are welcome to bring their own. 

Located on the third floor of the Terry Student Center, the WTC Fitness Studio featuring the latest cardio equipment (including 4 bike, 4 ellipticals and 4 treadmills, each with interactive workout screens), group fitness classes, as well as locker room and shower facilities.

The space is free for Baumhart Hall residents.  Fee-based memberships are available for Loyola faculty and staff on the Water Tower Campus, as well as graduate students.  All Group Fitness classes are free to members. 

A photo ID is required in order to enter the space. 

Class Descriptions

TBC: Ready for a total body make-over? Tone up from head to toe with cardio, toning , and abs included in this 45 minute workout.
Yoga: This yoga class focuses on building strength, relaxation, and deep stretching as participants flow from one pose to the next for a complete yoga practice. 
Pilates: Pioneered by the late Joseph Pilates, this exercise method focuses on the postural muscles of the abdomen and lower back, while providing a total body workout.
