posting an assignment
Assignments are graded items that students submit to you through Blackboard. They are automatically added to the Blackboard Grade Center, and they allow for detailed feedback and batch download of student work. The Assignment Tool allows multiple attempts for an assignment, for example, for the collection of drafts and final versions. But the function also allows faculty to allow individual students an additional attempt even if the rest of the class has just one attempt. This will accommodate students with special situations, such as illness and diverse needs.
Group submission is also available, allowing one student to submit an assignment for the whole group. You only have to add one grade and it will automatically apply to all group members.
