The Edit Mode button in the top right corner of any course page allows you to change your view of content; the Edit Mode button is only visible to those with the role of instructor, teaching assistant, or course builder.

Note that Edit Mode must be ON for you to use the editing tools.

Click the button to turn Edit Mode ON to view instructor controls for managing your course and for adding or editing content. These controls appear as chevrons for context menus, and buttons to create content or assessments.

If you would like to see course content the way your students see it, click the Edit Mode button to turn Edit Mode OFF.
