Introduction to the field of consumer psychology; including topics such as consumer attitude formation and change, persuasive communication and consumer behavior, the psychology of advertising, consumer decision making, personality and consumer behavior, identity and consumer behavior, and culture and consumer behavior. Outcomes:
Students will understand and apply theoretical approaches within consumer psychology and the psychology of advertising.
