Thursday, November 10th from 5:00 - 6:30pm in Damen MPR North. Learn how to establish a network of mentors with whom you can form mutually beneficial relationships. Gain information and tips from staff, alumni, faculty, and students connected with various programs and career fields.
Throughout the holiday season, remember to practice care for yourself, for others, and for the community. Always strive to live out your values on a daily basis, and make good choices throughout the Halloween weekend. Be safe, and remember that Culture is NOT a Costume!
SLD is proud to launch, this fall, a new student sponsored organization, the Student Leadership Development Advisory and Programming Board. The SLD APB will function as a student organization representative of the Student Leadership Development office. Membership in this organization is open to all Loyola University Chicago students who have a passion for leadership and are approved by staff in the Student Leadership Development office. As for dues...there are none!
Hunger Week has been a tradition at Loyola for over 40 years. Each year, committed students are selected to create a week of activities and programs that increase awareness of hunger issues and raise funds for local, national and global beneficiaries dedicated to fighting hunger. Hunger Week 2016 will take place on November 7 - 12.
Safe Space Workshops are introductory sessions that work to assist individuals who wish to support the Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, Transgender, Queer/Questioning, Intersex, and Asexual (LGBTQIA) community of Loyola University Chicago.
