Tuesday, March 10: The Living Church May Loudly Sing: The Musical Landscape of the Shakers

Carol Medlicott will discuss the unique legacy of Shaker music.  


Saturday, March 7: Shaker Dance Performance

Loyola’s Department of Fine and Performing Arts (DFPA) and School of Communication will co-present a performance in the exhibition galleries of choreography and multimedia inspired by Shaker art and culture.

Society of Architectural Historians 2015 Conference Comes to Chicago, April 15–19

LUMA is a proud partner is supporting the SAH 68th Annual International Conference, which includes 36 sessions, roundtables, architecture tours, and a public seminar on Chicago’s waterways and neighborhoods. Registration opens January 6.
